Registration

Because The Woods fills up so quickly, we now set a date for the beginning of registration. We cannot accept registrations before this date. We will send out a notice to the mailing list to announce this year's  staff and a date for the start of registration. If you want to make sure you are notified, please sign up on the mailing list.

 

Once registration has been opened, you can register by completing and sending us a registration form. A non-refundable deposit reserves your place; the balance is due in mid-July (see the current registration information for the exact date). If we do not receive your balance by that date, we will give your spot to someone on the waiting list.

Please note the following registration information:

Registration for the 2012 Woods opens Feb 3, 2012. Registrations postmarked by Canada Post on Tuesday, January 31 or later, will be accepted. Hand delivered registrations will only be accepted from Friday, February 3rd after 10:00 a.m. Hand delivered registrations received before that time will NOT be processed. Do not leave them in the mailbox or put them in the door slot prior to 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 3rd.  They will be discarded. If you are not mailing with Canada Post, it is your responsibility to get your hand delivered registration in AFTER registration has opened Friday, February 3rd after 10:00 a.m. In the interests of fairness, there will be no exceptions.

Cancellations:

Refunds (less the non-refundable deposit) will be given for cancellations up to two weeks before the beginning of The Woods. We cannot refund registration fees for cancellations less than two weeks before The Woods.

 

Scholarships and alternative payment plans are available. (If you don't need a scholarship please consider making a contribution to help others).
